Getting Ready for School…Does that have anything to do with Play Therapy and a Play Room?

$30.00

1 CE (Non-Contact)

Presenter: Allan Gonsher, LSCSW, RPT/S

Often kids are referred to counselors at the beginning of the school year. Is it play therapy, behavior management, family counseling, or medication management?? Play therapists need to understand, appreciate, suggest, guide, and confront “school issues” that enter the play room. Do different toys mean different things during school, summer school, breaks? What toys do we use? How? When? This workshop will address all these issues.
